Providence is partnering with Park Cities Presbyterian Church (PCPC), Mercy Presbyterian Church, and New St. Peter’s for Vacation Bible School (VBS). VBS will take place at PCPC from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, June 3, through Friday, June 6. Children aged 5 by September 1 through rising 4th graders, as well as volunteers (middle school, high school, and adult), are invited to participate. A nursery and preschool program will also be available for volunteers’ children. More details about registration will be coming soon. On Saturday, March 1, we are hosting a special one-day conference: Teaching the Difficult Passages, featuring Dr. John Currid and Dr. Greg Beale—two of the fi nest biblical scholars in the world. Their teaching will help us better understand and apply even the most challenging texts of Scripture.The conference will be here at PPC; it begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. with a lunch break at noon. This conference is organized by RTS, and registration is required.
This conference is for everyone, whether you are a pastor or a layperson. Come be encouraged, challenged, and equipped as we learn how to faithfully engage with even the hardest passages in God’s Word. We hope to see you there!
